Mike West

Founder & Head Coach

Mike founded Limitless to create what most gyms aren’t — a space built for real coaching, connection, and progress. A former footballer and athlete, he brings his love of speed, strength, and performance into every session, helping members train smarter and feel their best without the chaos of big-box gyms.

Specialising in Strength & Conditioning, Speed Coaching, and Injury Rehab, Mike is a certified Sportland Speed Coach, Optimum Nutrition Coach, and Sleep Performance Coach. He leads our Performance & Rehab programme and lunchtime classes, supporting members to move better, get stronger, and stay consistent.

Outside the studio, you’ll find him at Heist with a long black and a cinnamon bun, or being outpaced by his kids on the weekend..

Bryn Smith

Coach

Bryn lives and breathes speed — with a 100m PB of 10.64 and county titles across the 60m, 100m, and 200m, he brings elite-level performance into everyday coaching at Limitless. He’s all about helping members move better, build power, and find their edge — without the ego or chaos of a traditional gym.

Armed with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, Bryn specialises in Strength & Conditioning, covering speed, power, Olympic lifting, and both aerobic and anaerobic development. You’ll mainly find him in on Wednesdays, leading our Performance & Rehab (SGPT) sessions and classes, with 1:1 coaching available on request.

When he’s not chasing PBs, you’ll likely find him recovering with friends — pint in hand, and still faster than most.

Vicky Walker

Coach

Vicky brings serious energy and experience to the Limitless floor. From her roots as an England Athletics running coach to earning her CrossFit Level 1 and competing as a powerlifter, she’s built a coaching style that’s all about progress, confidence, and community.

She loves helping members — especially women — discover their strength and surprise themselves with what they’re capable of. You’ll find Vicky coaching across SGPT, Ladies Lifting, Lifting Club, and HIIT classes, with 1:1 sessions available on request.

When she’s not on the gym floor, Vicky’s usually winning medals on the platform or quoting Jurassic Park — because, as she’ll tell you, “life finds a way.”

Dayna Quinn

Class Coach

Dayna helped shape the Limitless early morning culture — launching our 6:30am HIIT sessions that set the tone for the day. A former footballer who played in the US on scholarship and once cycled from Lincolnshire to Crawley for charity, she brings grit, energy, and a genuine love of hard training to every class.

Expect high-energy, heart-pumping sessions that challenge you, lift you, and leave you smiling. Dayna’s all about making intensity feel fun and achievable — turning early starts into one of the best parts of your week.

She’s currently on maternity leave, but will be back in the mix soon — ready to bring the same fire (and likely still able to out-eat the rest of the coaching team).

Marcus Lee

Class Coach

Marcus brings serious energy to the Limitless floor — the kind that makes every session feel like a team event. With a background in Judo, Football, Athletics, Gymnastics, and Table Tennis, he’s been immersed in sport and movement from a young age, now channelling that experience into dynamic, motivating coaching.

He’s passionate about creating classes where people from all walks of life can show up, switch off from the chaos, and do something positive for themselves — all while having fun in the process. You’ll find Marcus leading our Saturday Strength & HIIT sessions, along with evening classes during the week.

Outside the studio, he’s fuelled by good music, big energy, and the occasional cheeky rave — proof that balance and joy are all part of training for life.

Rowan Foggitt

Coach

At 57, Rowan brings a wealth of experience — and proof that strength has no age limit. A long-time Strength & Conditioning coach and Personal Trainer, he specialises in strength training for over 50s and helping middle-aged adults build confidence, resilience, and lasting results through expert coaching and tailored programming.

Having coached across Cambridge, London, Bromley, Hong Kong, and Manila, Rowan now brings his global experience to Hastings, leading our Senior Strength Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions. A competitive Masters athlete in both athletics and cycling, he knows firsthand how to train through setbacks — using structured rehab and strength work to stay in the game.

If you creak, ache, or feel a bit worn by life, Rowan’s probably been there — and knows exactly how to help you move forward.

LIMITLESS LIFTING CLUB

Lifting Club is where strength meets precision. Designed for those ready to take their training further, these sessions focus on mastering the four big lifts — squat, deadlift, bench press, and strict press — with smart accessory work to build balance, control, and power.

Led by our expert coaches, you’ll refine technique, chase PBs, and develop the confidence to lift with purpose. Each week builds on the last, helping you progress safely while being part of a community that celebrates every rep and every new record.
